From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with a refreshing drink and cool towels as you step into the open-plan coral stone lounge—a grand space furnished with plush sofas and a piano for the musically inclined. Three sets of French doors lead to a large, covered veranda, perfectly positioned to enjoy views across the newly extended pool deck to the sea beyond.

The spacious sun deck features a 15-meter pool, separate jacuzzi, and two new outdoor living areas:.The Sea View Deck, ideal for sunset cocktails or al fresco dining with friends and family.The Waterfall Deck, a tranquil shaded retreat overlooking cascading ponds and lush tropical foliage.

You’ll also find a charming pergola nestled within meandering gully paths—a peaceful hideaway for quiet reflection or creative inspiration. The front terrace can be set up as a fully equipped gym or used as a shaded, breezy space for reading, remote work, or morning yoga.

Pappagallo offers five spacious, air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms:The Master Suite occupies the entire upper floor, complete with a private covered balcony and panoramic sea views.

Four additional bedrooms are located on the ground level, arranged in two wings—each with a King room opening onto the pool deck and a second room with twin or super-king options. Ideal for families or groups of friends.

All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, walk-in wardrobes, hairdryers, USB charging points, and luxury bedding with cotton sheets and mattress toppers. Cots and additional beds can be provided upon request.

The villa features a newly installed designer kitchen with Smeg appliances and a tea/coffee station. A cook is available to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner—whether you crave authentic Caribbean dishes or your favorite meals. Dietary preferences can be accommodated on request.

Indoor dining room and drinks station with poolside glasses, ice maker, and bar fridge. Air-conditioned TV room with Chromecast for streaming (Netflix, Disney+, Prime, etc.) using your own subscriptions. Wi-Fi throughout the property. Villa Pappagallo is available as a 3, 4, or 5-bedroom rental.Staff includes a cook, housekeeper, and gardener working up to 8 hours/day, 6 days/week. Babysitting and additional services may be arranged directly with the staff.Initial grocery pre-stocking can be arranged and paid locally.Please note: Use of Riemann P20 sunscreen is not permitted due to permanent staining. During your time at Villa Pappagallo, you'll have complimentary access to the private members' Sandy Lane Estate Beach club, conveniently located adjacent to the hotel and only a three-minute drive away. Alternatively, you can enjoy a leisurely 20-minute stroll along the Sandy Lane golf course to reach the beach club. The club offers a stunning beach, ample sun loungers, and a bar serving light lunches. It's the perfect place to socialize, partake in water sports, or simply unwind. Golf and tennis facilities are also available for booking at an additional cost, and the golf club offers marvelous views over the Green Monkey golf course—an excellent spot for drinks or dining.

Villa Pappagallo is conveniently situated near Holetown, the vibrant hub of the west coast, where you'll find a plethora of bars, restaurants, and shops. Holetown is just a few minutes' drive away, allowing for easy exploration of the local attractions.
